Sabrina's positivity is infectious, and she is so fun to be with. Sabrina has been interested in the benefits of massage therapy for most of her life. She loves treating back, shoulder, and neck issues, as well as treating feet issues like plantar fasciitis.

Sabrina does a wonderful job at finding trouble spots and thoroughly working them. She has a great feel for finding trigger points and knows how to treat specific pains, like sciatica well.

Caroline Twitchell
Licensed Massage Therapist
Caroline has received years of her massage experience working with a chiropractor to address physical discomfort caused by a variety of circumstances such as car accidents, pregnancy, and desk job aches and pains. She specializes in neck, shoulder, and back pain.
Caroline was first introduced to massage years ago when a therapist addressed her wrist pain by working on the sole of her foot and working the connecting muscles in between. She thought it was the most fascinating way to help heal others and wanted to learn those secrets.
Caroline is excited to continue learning and developing these skills to better serve you. She is excited to begin working with you!

Conner Blankman
Licensed Massage Therapist
Conner became interested in a career in massage therapy because of his desire to help people heal and move better.
Conner has a year of clinical experience working with a chiropractor where he had the opportunity to improve mobility and decrease pain caused by events like car accidents, work injuries, and everyday aches and pains. Conner has seen a lot of success treating neck, TMJ, and back pain.

Sarah is committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring her treatments to address specific concerns to promote relaxation and healing. With her warm demeanor, she creates a comfortable experience for all of her clients.
Sarah first developed an interest in Massage Therapy when she was involved in a four wheeler accident. Massage therapy helped her heal from whiplash, and neck pain. Sarah attended Bridgerland Technical College, where she got experience treating chronic conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, and Fibromyalgia.
Sarah is excited to expand on her knowledge to be the best therapist she can be. Whether your goal is to relieve pain, increase range of motion, or manage stress. She will meet you where you are.

Aaron is passionate about health, wellness, and helping his clients with their pain. He shines at treating neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, improving sport performance, lymph drainage, and using tools to enhance massage results. He graduated from Utah State University earning a bachelor's degree in Human Movement Science, specializing in Exercise Science.

Alicia has benefited from massage therapy throughout her life. Being inspired to learn healing techniques from her grandmother, she is jumping into this new journey to become a licensed massage therapist.
